FLOW WRAP
Our coating can also convert paper stock into flow wrap. Our lead product here is a coating on Sylvicta * paper, which is translucent allowing the customer to see the product inside.
Our flow wrap is printable, recyclable, and compostable. It feels like paper, tears open like paper, and even sounds like paper. (With Sylvicta* we can achieve a WVTR of <5, with a printable solution that can run on most high speed filling lines, with either cold seal or heat seal, meeting industry standards.)
*Sylvicta paper is from ArjoWiggins paper, now part of Fedrigoni S.p.A.
Paperseal Coating
LIDDING
Paperseal lidding uses our proprietary bio-polymers in combinations designed to suit the end use. With ArjoWiggins Sylvicta paper stock, we can create a translucent paper that allows the consumer to see the product, as well as a seal with a peelability fo 6N/15mm.
Sylvicta can also be laminated onto other paper stocks like Fedrigoni Supergloss (shown on the Flow Warp image) that allows for a high gloss print with the same barriers.
